Over the year I’ve released a single every alternate month, ranging from the heartbreak of the titular track “The Two of Us” to the beautiful love story of “You & I”. With my latest single I wanted to delve into how falling in love can feel outer worldly by using fantastical imagery with soaring vocals and a romantic 6/8 ballad. The entire EP tells a singular story about a relationship and everything in between.”

Released on March 20th, 2020, it almost feels like I planned this release for about 3 years with 2 of the songs being written and fully produced in 2017. However, the truth is that I…didn’t. After releasing my debut single ‘Feels Like Home’ on February 15th, 2020 I got so excited that I just wanted to release more music, and fast. I realized that I had 2 songs titled ‘Intertwined’ and ‘Fractured Beginnings’ which could form the backbone of a 4 song EP which would also serve as a mini story of young love.

A song about needing more time to reach where you want to be. It’s for the ones who feel like they’re letting down the people who support them. Trust the process and the results will follow. Keep the faith!

Here’s my early 2000’s sounding breakup anthem of the summer which isn’t about my ex but could be about yours! Huge shoutout to Hollow River for producing this with me and for the mix. LJ Trotta for bringing some energy with the drums and superstar Emmeo Ogwuche for the master! Special thanks to Teghan Devon, Thomas Ng and Xenai for their help along the way.

I connected with Emmeo Ogwuche halfway across the globe thanks to the internet. We used our mutual admiration for Coldplay to cover their hit single “My Universe” featuring BTS that breaks all barriers in love and music.

Reaching out to you from Mars asking you to join me on an epic orchestral re-imagination of that one song I wouldn’t stop talking about last year. This song has been months in the making and it’s taken a whole lot of effort from everyone involved. From Xenai lending his production and guitar expertise, Carol Gao adding her angelic touch on the piano followed by Louisa Byron taking you out of this world with her work on the strings, and it all being mixed together to sheer perfection by the incredible Snehal Pandey who also helped arrange some dreamy background vocals.

This song came about while I was experiencing my first ever winter in Boston in 2018. It’s safe to say, I was feeling quite... cold. I came up with the hook which I knew was begging for a beat. Shortly after, I got in touch with Ashwin Shenoy who goes under the artist name “Xenai” and I asked him to produce and co-write the song with me blending his Eastern influences and Hip hop elements with my pop ballad sensibilities. Our busy schedules kept us away from it until the forced quarantine freed up some time for us to work on it. There are some interesting harmonic changes with an unexpected turnaround, while lyrically it’s about being cheated on and being afraid that you’ll only be remembered for being one’s significant other and not your unique self.

Summer may be over but here’s a summer break-up bop brought to you by Thomas Ng & Prithvi Prajosh. This song went through many lives from as far as 2017 before we settled on one that is filled with playful melodies, rhythms and fx we would associate with heartbreak so lower your car windows, play it on the loudest volume and just get DOWN with us!

Fall of September

This song came about during the Fall of 2019 when I was wondering how there are barely any September themed songs (wink wink). I knew it had to be a duet but I always thought I would need a female vocalist before coming across Thomas’ lush vocals who also happens to be a very close friend of mine. I wrote this song about being completely swept off your feet by someone and promising to love them through every season despite knowing they carry a lot of baggage. Yes, how very unique. Fall of September is a stripped down song with Thomas lending his talent on the piano with plans for a full arrangement to be released on a future album. This track is heavily influenced by John Legend’s “Overload” featuring Miguel.

After 11 months of releasing music, I’ve finally come to ask you to give me validation. Is that too much to ask for? I wrote this song at a time when I was most insecure about myself and the career path I’ve chosen. Spoiler alert, I still am. Who isn’t though? It’s the one thing all of us musicians have in common.  I write about a character (could be me) who is now a “has been” and is struggling to stand out amongst the talent surrounding him. Its sad and humorous lyrics packaged to give a relatable sappy dance song. So what do I need?  That validation, some media attention, and a social media mention to help release my tension.

🎄Christmas Special 🎄

A couple of weeks ago, I had the urge to record a version of my favorite Christmas song so here’s a little gift to all of you as a thank you for all the support over the years. I got in touch with Lam HJ from one of my classes who I knew to be a great pianist amongst his many other talents and asked him to play and mix our own version of this little tune.

Want to collaborate? I'm always ready!
